Mimikyu VMAX is one of my favourite cards, and it's especially good at the moment considering the amount of top tier decks running low HP Pokemon - Gardy, Lost Box, and Charizard to name a few. Though unfortunately the biggest issue with the deck is that it can be worn down easily against popular beefier cards like Lugia VSTAR and Miraidon ex. On the other hand, OHKO gimmicks like Alolan Raticate/Paldean Clodsire ex  can do well against large multi-prizers but struggle against decks with a lot of smaller single prize options.

This deck attempts to remedy both of these issues, by combining Claydol's OHKO attack Kaboom Doll with Mimikyu's damage counter placement. Though Claydol KOs itself, you can use Mimikyu V's Dummy Doll ability to deny your opponent another prize so long as they don't have Boss (which you can use Judge to help with). Against the aforementioned smaller decks you can also just go all in on Mimikyu, saving Claydol for a late game attack against Gardy or just ignoring it entirely against Lost Box.

Bibarel does Bibarel things, Hawlucha can fix math for multi prize turns against 70 HP Pokemon such as Comfey (Lost Origin) and Ralts (Astral Radiance), and Drapion helps in the Mew matchup where they could otherwise just Psychic Leap back into the deck to heal themselves completely of any damage. Penny is a tech card you can use to activate a Dummy Doll when you're unable to get a VMAX out, remove Squakabilly from play, or get more use out of Hawlucha.

The main issue with the deck is that it's a little slow getting set up. I considered running Pidgeot ex to remedy this, and it worked out okay. I might post that deck sometime, if you're all good. You could also elect to run Cheryl, if you're worried about your VMAX being OHKO'd, but without a consistent search like Pidgeot you'll have a hard time finding it when you need it.

As always, any input is appreciated :]

caiden augustine I tested it a little when the set first dropped, but I don't think it's a particularly great mon. It's a much slower deck because you have to continually chain Trevenants and Claydols since they're going to be constantly getting knocked out (on top of also having to maintain a Bibarel line for consistency) and if you dead draw once or your opponent gets the first KO you're behind in prizes (whereas here you can kinda stall with Mimikyu if you aren't in an amazing spot). Trev also struggles against single prize targets which isn't great while that DAMN Sableye is about lol

You'd be running Drapion anyway but Forest Miasma is also blocked by Fusion Strike Energy which makes an already annoying matchup for this style of deck even worse

I really enjoy playing this and just blowing up bit mons. I may try your other version but I'm a bit skeptical since the clay dolls are removed. Find if people at my locals live to play high HP mons like mew, urshifu / inteleon, and Arceus, duraladon, Umbreon.
