NOTE: This deck is designed for the PTCGL Expanded format (SUM-PAR), not the ordinary expanded format (BW-PAR)

ALSO NOTE: This is still a WIP deck list, so I'm open to suggestions to improve the deck!

Key Cards

- Togepi & Cleffa & Igglybuff GX (the baby squad)

This card has the Supreme Puff GX attack that, if the card has 16 fairy energy attached, allows you to take another turn and shuffles all of your opponent's benched Pokémon into their deck.

- Wyrdeer

Key Cards

- Togepi & Cleffa & Igglybuff GX (the baby squad)

This card has the Supreme Puff GX attack that, if the card has 16 fairy energy attached, allows you to take another turn and shuffles all of your opponent's benched Pokémon into their deck.

- Wyrdeer V

This card's Frontier Road ability allows you to move any energy attached from any of your Pokémon to Wyrdeer V when it moves to the Active Spot. Pair that with its Psyshield Bash attack which does more damage depending on energy attached and you are dealing ridiculous damage numbers

- Blastoise (PGO)

This big guy's Vitality Spring ability allows you to attach 6 energy from your deck to your Pokémon, and its not limited to water energy! The downside, though, is that it ends your turn.

- Diancie (ASR)

This card's Princess's Curtain ability prevents your opponent from using Boss's Orders on your Basics as long as it's in your Active Spot. Its Spike Draw attack also lets you draw extra cards in the opening turns, as it only costs 1 colourless energy

- Radiant Greninja

Use Concealed Cards to discard an energy in order to draw 2 cards. Don't worry if you are discarding lots of energy - you can use Super Rod, Energy Retrieval and Raihan to get them back.

- Battle VIP Pass

If you get this on the first turn, you can flood your bench with 2 basics, helping with setup.

- Irida

You can use Irida to grab important Water Pokémon like Squirtle, Blastoise and Radiant Greninja as well as items like Rare Candy and Battle VIP Pass

Strategy

- Turn 1

If Diancie is in your starting hand, put it in the Active Spot. Where possible, keep Diancie there until the end of the game to prevent Boss's Orders. Going second, use Irida to get Radiant Greninja and a Battle VIP Pass, where you will put Squirtle and Baby Squad onto the bench. If you already have these Pokémon in your hand, or something like Nest Ball or Ultra Ball, get a second Diancie instead to promote if the first gets knocked out, or if your opponent uses Escape Rope. You may also want Manaphy in case of bench sniping. Use Concealed Cards to draw 2, and use Spike Draw to end your turn.

- Turn 2

If possible, use a second Irida to get Blastoise and Rare Candy, then evolve your Squirtle. Use Concealed Cards to draw 2 more, potentially getting another Diancie. End your turn with Vitality Spring.

- Turn 3-4

As long as you have at least 2 Diancie in play, and a Wyrdeer in your hand, you're set! Just keep using Vitality Spring until the Baby Squad has 16 fairy energy.

- Turn 5

Retreat a Diancie if it is still alive, or if it is knocked out, promote the Baby Squad and use Supreme Puff GX, skiping your opponent's turn and getting rid of their bench. Then, retreat into Wyrdeer V, use Frontier Road to attach every energy in the wider multiverse and use Psyshield Bash for about 600 damage. You will win as they have no benched Pokémon left.
