In all seriousness though, this is an incredibly fun and absurd deck taking advantage of WishiWashi (sw7-46), with which the maximum damage I have dealt in a single turn has been 450.

In all seriousness though, this is an incredibly fun and absurd deck taking advantage of WishiWashi (sw7-46), with which the maximum damage I have dealt in a single turn has been 450.

I stumbled across it playing the store-bought Blastoise deck back on the old PTCG Online, and getting surprised by an opponent's WishiWashi deck. I bought two of the store deck, combo'd 4 WishiWashi with the energy-searching ability of the Blastoise, and used it to trigger their ability to gain +150 health and deal hundreds of damage each turn with enough water energy attached to them. I have killed VMax's with a single attack from this one, tiny 30-health fish. Once one, or even two Blastoise are in place winding up several WishiWashi's at once, things move very quickly.

I can't promise it's perfectly optimised or a silver bullet. It is a gimmick deck, and you can just draw poorly or meet hard counters. But against most V, VMax or ex decks, you can afford to drop most of your prize cards getting a WishiWashi ready, and you only have to take three- or sometimes two- opposing cards to sweep. I have played against a lot of powerful or obnoxious meta-decks online with this, and in personal experience, if you're a little lucky and use your brain, this stupid little fish can actually take out entire decks of legendaries and meta cards.

I have killed 'Arceus, Dialga and Palkia' decks with this rickety combination of mediocre cards and an unexpected fish death-star. If, for some reason, someone stumbles across this description and decides to give this complete gimmick deck a go... go kill some V's for me.
