 Go second and start with Joltik in the active ideally.

Use Team Rocket's Petrel for a Secret Box . Buddy Buddy Poffin , Risky Ruins , Backtrack Badge and Lillie's Determination come to mind. Ideally you have Risky Ruins down while you play the Pidove to use Emergency Evolution. 

Attack with Joltik to attach 2 energy on each Unfezant , slap on a Backtrack Badge next turn found by Team Rocket's Petrel and you are off to the races attacking with Swift Flight every turn. There is only a 25% chance to fail with Swift Flight with a Backtrack Badge as you only require 3 of the 4 outcomes: HH, HT, TH, TT.

Kecleon is to have a Pokemon on the bench while your Unfezant is in the active spot so even if they Boss's Order you they still need a coin flip to knock it out. It can be replaced with a Stunfisk to trap the oppoenent in the active while still dealing damage on the second attack.

Galvantula is for N's Zoroark ex and can almost knock out Mega Darkrai ex  or other grass weak surprises.

Perrin is to place Unfezants back into your deck so you can use Pidove's Emergency Evolution. Unfortunately if you start with a Pidove in the active, there isn't a way to evolve that one particular Pidove until you Sacred Ash .

The deck doesn't run Energy Recycler because by the time you are using Rosa's Encouragement  you're in the late game already as we run 10 energy in total.

The 70 HP Dunsparce is better. I know the 60 HP one has free rretreat, but you effectively retreat with Dudunsparce's Run Away Draw.

Bacaktrack Badge with Unfezant is really smart btw! :)

Agreed, was more so testing the "Dig" ability with Backtrack Badge - saved me a few times from a donk.
