Use Smoochum to charge up Mewtwo, Latias, or Mimikyu first turn.

Using Earthen Vessel/ Ultra Ball or Larry's skill, discard all stage 1 and stage 2 Pokemon except for Rabsca (Psychic). Obtain Mewtwo or Latias, Smoochum, Rellor and Mimikyu. On the second turn try and obtain Rabsca (psychic) and draw up the discarded Pokemon unto the bench.

Do Early Damage with Latias and gain a quick prize card or punish Glass cannon decks with Mewtwo. Then a Panic mask on a Rabsca (P) can allow you to safely draw from the discard unto the Bench. 

Use Rabsca (Psychic) to draw up Gastrodon early to stall Charizard EX, and Gardevoir EX energy acceleration as well as Dusknoir's ability. (It's important to swap cards around depending on the match up). While Gastrodon is stalling Energy acceleration, a Rabsca (P) pull for Alakazam EX can allow you to do damage while Mimikyu blocks EX's, Gastrodon Stalls and you stack damage. 

(Possible Edit) After the opponent has gotten the energies they need albiet slower, you could swap out bench support. The timing is slim but using Prof Scenario for Gastrodon, to Rabsca (P) pull a Rhyperior and/or Rabsca (G), can allow you to protect your bench from Boss's Orders and Bench attacks. Now however releasing the grip on energy accleration and Dusknoir bench wipes. The balance is thin but knowing when to use each bench group is important. 

Post rotating Gastrodon, a Gardevoir EX can be Rabsca-ed (P) and you can benefit from the Energy acceleration. (This function can also be pretty easily swapped out.)

Using Rev you can slash through enemies for 250 and then diaapear without risking a doubleprize card steal.
