Deck Primer

Strategy: Make your opponent suffer by item-locking them with Banette ex, Budew item-locks them earlier on as an early game attacker while you set up Banette. Gardevoir ex helps get energy onto Banette as well. Munkidori helps get more damage on your opponents by moving it off of your Pokémon. There's more much more  can think of to say about this deck. Anyways, feel free to change anything, or leave any suggestions in the comments.

This deck certainly does seem to make the opponent suffer. Though, as of recent Banette ex has seen much better with Dusknoir instead of Gardevoir ex but this list definitely seems pretty interesting.
