Neat. My only concern would be that, since Fossils aren't basics until they're in play, that means this list only runs 7 basic pokemon- which means your mulligan rate might be slightly more frequent. I'd consider upping the Mew or Noibat count, or maybe even include a copy or two of the new Ditto that can swap out on first turn.
May also be worth running Path to the Peak to further shut down Basic V's and Basic EXs
