I need some help here in the comments for how to improve the energy but that side this deck works by using bannettes ability curse of devolution to devolve your opponents VMAX Pokemon into V Pokemon where as basic Pokemon, Palosand can swallow them up and take the easy 2 prize cards. This deck is only really weak to decks that play stage 2 Pokemon. Use the shadow rider calyrex to get set up fast and attach energy to your Palosands

Oops maybe in hindsight I shouldn't have added golurk V and maybe went with shadow rider calyrex.

No, no, no, Golurk V works best! In fact, you should check out my Golurk V deck! It works better! Palossand isn't played because of its high energy cost. The creativity is something I REALLY like though! You have potential!

I don't think this deck needs golurk v, the combo will not work. So take out all energy search for 4 fog crystal. And I would maybe play like 2 or 3 horror energy and 2 capture energy only switching them out for basic psychic energy. That will work better for shadow rider energy acceleration. I like the idea of this deck.

I don't mean play Golurk V, I just mean that it's better to delete this deck and make one on Golurk V if you want to KO by devolution.

I love creative gimmick decks like this (see my Grass deck if you doubt me). The one tip I will give is that Energy Search doesn't accomplish anything in mono-Type decks like this, since it only lets you grab 1 basic energy. At that point, you may as well just put in another basic Psychic energy. This is something that I see a lot of people do, and I used to do it too up until maybe a month ago XD idk why it took me so many years to realize that, the card has been in the game since like the very first expansion.
