Deck Primer

The premade deck discards too much energy for the amount if currently accelerates. The amount of Pokemon is bloated.

Pokemon

This deck is built around Charizard, so this whole line stays

Salandit / Slazzle while 70 damage for 2 energy is okay, with only 100 hp and no better attacks to build to, this line doesn't justify 6 spaces in the deck.

Kangaskhan drawing only a single card for a 1 energy attack just doesn't seem worth it with the amount of draw supporters available in the deck. It falls short

Trainers

I understand why the only put 1 Welder in here, for balance, but up that count, it's Hau but better

Fiery Flint and Fire Crystal help to get the energy where you need it, in your hand

Pokemon Fan Club and Bug Catcher aren't as good as alternatives - remove them to make space

Adding in level ball and evolution incense to be able to search out the pieces of the puzzle you need

Further Enhancements

You could speed this up further by swapping some of the draw cards or dropping the potion to make room for a search like Green's Exploration and some Rare Candy to get to Charizard faster. You could also swap the Charmeleon for one with 90HP to fetch it with a Level Ball. Scoop up would also be an interesting replacement for Switch, allowing you to recycle Charizard after its attack has already discarded all energy.

All of this though would probably make it far more powerful than the other upgraded decks.
