alright for one your gonna need thwackey for your deck or else rillaboom is completely useless so I think you should get rid of 2 mews and replace them with thwackey shiny. rillaboom is a beefy pokemon with 170 hp, he is very important to your deck knowing that you only have a couple a v cards to defend yourself with. v cards are great for protection but your opponent draws two prize cards if the v is defeated so rillaboom could be a good substitute for the v not only because your opponent draws 1 prize if he is defeated but rillaboom is a really tough pokemon in general. also mew from celebrations has a psychic energy required move called psyshot. now it is important for you to use a pokemon to its fullest so add some psychic energy for mew and the mews ability is perfect due to the variety of items that you can use in this deck but items do not involve trainers or stadiums so keep that in mind. now the other mews ability bench barrier could be crucial in specific situations

but in some situations bench barrier is completely useless and just a waste of a pokemon potential. plus mew is just really used to do 30 damage for one energy. not only is the cost worth it but still the ability is very specific with it only doing anything when a benched pokemon is damaged. zarude v is a good card in general for early games when your opponents has nothing but basic pokemon. zarudes first attack bind down can really be helpful when your opponent has weak basic pokemon. not only does it stop them from being able to retreat but it also does 50 damage. so I think you should get rid of 2 nest balls and replace them with double colorless energy. oh and I know that you can use the rare candy to evolve grookey but having to rely on a specific item to evolve a pokemon is not good during late game. but anyways I think you should get rid of 2 of the rare candies for 2 more grass type energy so that you don't run out when using zarude v's second attack jungle rising.

professors research is not the greatest card knowing that its eat away at your deck and should only be used when your hand is scuffed. the evolution incense and cheryl combo is a pretty acceptable strategy, but with cheryl only healing evolved pokemon that's another reason why thwackey would be a great addition to your deck. but the only downside to using cheryl is that she destroys all energies that a pokemon has if It is healed. so get rid of two quick balls for two potions or two super potions cause having an easy way to heal your pokemon without having any risk is very important during a battle. but anyways nice deck buddy 10/10
