Bellibolt ex takes the cake

Use Bellibolt ex to paralyze your opponent's active Pokémon and do 160 damage to it, and then retreat to Pachirisu or Luxray (who you can put into play when behind on prize cards) to finish them off in order to preserve your Bellibolt ex.

Use Electric Generator and Flaaffy's Dynamotor to charge your Pokémon up, and use Dynamotor to recharge them from the discharge. You can play Cheryl to heal your Bellibolt while discarding its energy,
