Best Budget deck

Very slow, awful supporters, and too much energy.

There's no fixing this deck because its way too all over the place. It can never win against a player who knows what they're doing- Expanded is an extremely fast format where its common to win or lose on the first turn.

If you want my advice, you just need to play more and learn the game. Copy some decks from Youtubers or something and start learning the game flow.

You notice I said I wasnt done

First, you say there is too many energies well i spammed them bc i had a small amount of time so i spammed them so this deck would save and i could work on it later.

second, you say i have awful supporters and in case you haven't noticed there is a strategy behind every card.

Third, you have not that much to say because this is my first deck literally built one day ago and it almost has 200 views.

Views don't mean anything. You can make a deck with 59 energy and a pokemon and get views on it. 

The "strategy" behind your supporters likely doesn't make up for how inconsistent and generally useless they are. You have no real draw support, no gust, and very weak situational supporters that are a waste to use for your turn.

Again, I suggest you try and actually learn the game by copying some decks from people who actually know how to play.

I can offer you some advice-

Instead of Zisu- use Professor's Research (Pokémon GO), Cynthia (Ultra Prism) or Colress (Plasma Storm) 

Adaman and Agatha are both dead cards for your deck.

Instead of Lillie (Sun & Moon) use Cynthia's Ambition (Brilliant Stars) 

Instead of Arezu (Lost Origin) use Evolution Incense (Sword & Shield)

take out the venusaur evolution line and maybe replace with haunter from crimson invasion?

as a more consistent view, i would suggest remove most of the pokemon because most of them are irrelevant. Maybe add Arceus VSTAR evo lines to have a good energy acceleration. Would also recommend remove the lunala/solgaleo evo line and also the dragapult(not v or vmax) evo line and the muk tag team. Add lumineon v or crobat v for extra consistency. As for trainers, ad the 3 most important cards: marnie, boss' orders, and proffesors research.(multiple copies of them). I think that if you make these changes it could be a pretty good deck!

Dragapult is actually necessary here for the combo. I mean you could do H. Typhlosion VSTAR but Dragapult hits each benched.

I would recommend cutting the Fire and Darkness energy and maybe adding Scoop Up Net or maybe swsh11-167, because he can be fun. But if you like attacking with Radiant Eternatus, that's cool too! Rating: 7/10 because although it's really cool and I do really like it, it probably wouldn't fare too well in competitive play; but as a casual deck it's awesome and really unique. 👍

Octowen eternatus is mostly for the v's to evolve but thanks for catching my mistake

i like this deck, not gonna lie. but i wouldnt use this at tgc compitition. i have a challenge for you. make a deck that would do really good at a tgc torunoment

You went a little crazy with the vmaxes which is sometimes good. I like the super agro style. I would switch acerola's premonition with just acerola which kind of does the same thing for you as blissey and can heal your pokemon and swap it out. Also since your energies are a bit inconsistant I would add lady so you can get the energies for jirachi to do her thing. I would also swap out your really expensive cards for cheaper versions because I don't know about you but I like it when I can get a deck at its cheapest. You also had a lot of things focusing on basics which is good but I would focus mainly on your evolution pokemon because I am guessing that this deck is focused on vmaxes. Also I would add some adventurer's descovery or jacq also swap scoop up net with acerola since the deck is already expanded format. Also don't use energies you don't need. And instead of all of your luck based drawing cards like professor's research and caitlin and stuff I would swap them out for consistancy cards that wil let you search your deck for the cards you actually need. You need to be really carefull about not letting your vmaxes get knocked out so you might even want to consider putting in volo. But I find acerola a better choise unless you can get your card back. Also another good combo is devolution spray and wyndon stadium or peony. But with a little bit of work on this deck, I think that your deck will be pretty good haalandagoat. I like it.

What are the fire and dark energys for, if you want to attack with r- actually you dont have jjirachi anymore. Jirachi was the only reason this deck was good. Otherwise, If you want  expanded, this deck is good, realy good. 4/10

but seriously, the deck is too varied (focus on one or 2 attackers the use similar energy types.) for example, cutting aggrom vmax would make this deck so much better as Dragapult VMAX and Mimikyu VMAX synergize well and use same energies. Also add some energy acceleration ( since this is an expanded deck, malamar from forbidden light or shadow rider calyrex VMAX would be great.) also run 4 acerola premonition as it is important in mimikyu vmax attack.

OVerall, with the upgrades, 7.5 to 8/10 deck

If you wanted too, you can add Radiant Alakazam to the deck to help spread damage around so you can guarantee 300 damage with Aggron V.
