I havent tested it so I might be wrong, but would it be wise to evolve your kirlia's into gardevoir/gallade? Lets say you do have a great setup with an attack-ready tinkaton, losing your kirlia's refinement ability would make you vulnerable to a Iono, Unfair stamp, Roxanne etc. rendering your tinkaton's big hammer nearly useless. I feel like playing against an Okidogi or Giratina could bring out that weakness, but ofc its just my speculation
