Deck Primer

(Prerelease draft) Reuniclus & Volcarona Pokémon lines will be swapped with the new ones from Black Bolt & White Flare set, same as big air balloon for air balloon & Jacq for Hilda, suggestions welcomed.

The idea is Reuniclus in the active with Magmortar & Volcarona on the bench, evolve Reuniclus as fast as you can with rare candy, TM Evolution & Salvatore then he helps set up your other Pokémon, he can hits for 280 dmg with 6 evolved Pokémon, Volcarona applies burn, and 3 Magmortar do 110 dmg for a total of 390 dmg maxed, with 1 spot available on the bench for another Reuniclus, if you are unable to set up the Reuniclus line Magmortar & Volcarona are still capable of doing a lot of burn damage and taking prizes.

Volcarona
Ability: Heat Wave Scales
Once during your turn, you may discard a Basic [R] Energy card from your hand in order to leave your opponent’s Active Pokémon Burned.

[R][C][C] Fire Wing: 70 damage.

Reuniclus

[C] Cellular Awakening: For each of your Benched Pokémon, search your deck for a card that evolves from that Pokémon and put it onto that Pokémon to evolve it. Then, shuffle your deck.

[C] Evo Lariat: 40+ damage. This attack does 40 more damage for each of your Evolution Pokémon in play.

Air Balloon - The Retreat Cost of the Pokémon this card is attached to is [C][C] less.

Hilda - Search your deck for an Evolution Pokémon and an Energy card, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.
