you dont need that many water energy, id say 8 or 9 would be appropriate, and also you can drop the superior energy retreivals for the normal ones since you only discard up to 2 at a time, and blastoise is pretty tanky so itll most likely survive 2 hits. then cut the chien paos for earthen vessels, freeing up deck space and also meaning you dont need to play switches. you can swap the switches out for a big air ballon which is arven searchable. then make sure you have more middle stage evolutions, since budew could wreck you if you only play 1.
