Ok, there are some main attackers here, but I just chose one of them to put in title, so yeah

Main Attackers: 
Blastoise ex: Good tanker and damager
Chien-Pao ex: Well this is a secondary attacker sooo

Supporting Pokemon/Cards (Pokemon first): 

Chien-pao ex: Both an attacker and supporter! Using its ability, it is quick energy accelerating!
Baxcalibur: Paired with Chien-pao ex, you can attach the 2 energy straight away!

Strat (Not tested obviously):

Get Chien-Pao ex up and running, then focus on Blastoise. Blastoise is a mid-game attacker and Chien-Pao ex is a starter attacker. Try to get weak pokemon out of the game with Counter Catcher and Boss Orders. Then focus on Palkia in the mid-game and get that vstar marker out.

(This deck took me over an hour as I forgot about it after some time, then remembered it)
