Decks are made using one of the rotations the featured card was in. Blastoise is another pretty strange card in the format. It's VMAX has an attack to set up and another to bench snipe. It's first attack can set up other Blastoise or a Radiant Greninja while it's second attack can soften up Pokemon. The VMAX cost $30+ (at the time of writing) making it an oddly costly deck int he format.

The gameplan is use Frosmoth to Charge up a Blastoise and go from there. Palkia VSTAR is included to be another card Blastoise can fuel while providing some late game gas with Star Portal. A single Telescopic Sight is included as a tech against decks that sue VSTARs as they can be KO'd with a single G-Max Bombard after being softened up with it's spread damage. A Choice Belt is also included so Palkia VSTAR can hit for 280 into Pokemon V if both players have a full bench (Which is likely).
