I won a tournament with this deck. It's pretty powerful. Even if Blastoise or Hisuian Zoroark get knocked out, the opponent draws only 1 card. On the other hand, it's really easy to knock out VMAX or VSTAR with Blastoise and gain 3 prize cards.
I get the whole Blatoise strat, but I don't see what you use Zoroark for.
