I love Sylveon and really wanted to see a good control deck for it. I really haven't yet, so I've been modifying and this has been getting more and more consistent. 

Super fun troll/harass deck though. I'll be updating occasionally with alternatives and changes.

Best to go second for the 1st turn energy <3

1st turn fan rotom/poffin for 2x Eevee and sparces.

Leafeon atk for Sylv energy

2nd turn Angelite to start clearing threats. Use bosses/catchers etc to move to bench
