Don't think you need 4 Blisseys, maybe cut some (and some Kinglers too) to run more Supporters or Special Energy.
Kinda agree with eric, but only concerning the number of Pokemon. Maybe you could drop to 3 of each.
Concerning the Supporter, I think the count is good. Especially since you have Greninja and Blunder Policy. If anything, I might suggest you to increase energy count or add Pokégear 3.0 (Sword & Shield)
