Up to you but there is an in format energy hammer and an in format escape rope and you could replace the DCE with double turbo energy. At that point, this would become an in-format deck, but I can understand that double turbo energy might not work well and that you might want to have an expanded format deck. Still, it seems sort of funny that the only card that actually makes this deck expanded is the DCE.
