Double Turbo Energy is going to make Blissey a hell of a card.

It'll be interesting for sure to see how it fits in. The -20 makes it a net +40 damage, so it's between Powerful Colorless and any other normal energy in terms of damage output. I didn't really think about how well it pairs with Hyper Potion until just now, though. You're only losing 40 damage instead of 60, and it's only one turn/attack attachment instead of two.
