I made this Blissey V deck to be disruptive and fun to play. This is also a GREAT budget deck. This is a really cool deck to play, and makes V's basically low-HP VMAX's.

Quick question, why are you running Cheryl? Cheryl only heals evolution Pokémon, and you have non in the deck.
