The Blissey V deck focuses on using Blissey V's Blissful Blast attack to do 10 damage plus 30 more damage for each Energy card attached to that Blissey V. If you did damage with Blissful Blast, you could attach up to 3 Energy cards from the discard pile to that Blissey V. We could discard Energy cards by using Professor's Research or Zinnia's Resolve, which allows you to discard 2 cards from your hand to draw a card for each opponent's Pokemon in play. If you did damage with Blissful Blast, you could attach up to 3 Energy cards from the discard pile to that Blissey V. We could discard Energy cards by using Professor's Research or Zinnia's Resolve, which allows you to discard 2 cards from your hand to draw a card for each opponent's Pokemon in play. You could also discard Energy cards by using Suspicious Food Tin which allows you to heal 80 damage from a Pokemon that has a Psychic Energy card attached to it and you must discard a Psychic Energy card from that Pokemon. You could also discard Energy cards by using Hyper Potion, which allows you to heal 120 damage from a Pokemon that has 2 Energy attached to it and you must discard 2 Energy cards from the Pokemon you healed. We also have Lucky Ice Pop, which allows us to heal 20 damage from the Active Pokemon. You also have to flip a coin. If heads, return the Lucky Ice Pop to your hand. The main strategy of this deck is to attack with Blissey V and attach lots of Energy cards to the Blissey V to hit for a big amount of damage. I hope you enjoy this decklist!
