Cape of Toughness, Az, and Max Potion to keep your Blissey V alive.

Skyla put in when you desparetly need something (like another Blissey V on the Bench or a Battle Compressor to put some energy in the discard pile).

Ultra Ball used just so you can discard more cards (i.e. discard more energies). Can trade out for Quick Balls though.

Recycle Energies added so that when Blissey V is gone from the
