Great deck! Question though: why did you add twin energy? It provides double only to non v or go Pokémon. Maybe replace with double turbo?
Twin is for Miltank bc it can use it
DTE would add only 10 more to Blissey than Twin
So I think Twin is the play if you have to choose one or the other
