Bolt Rondo is a deck concieved around the idea of building a solid list that has a lot of synergy and acts like Suicune V but with a touch of different flavour to it. First to it the advantage of hitting most of Water type Pokemon for weakness is a really good thing. Second thing that I find here very important is utilization of Evolving Skies Flaaffy to accelerate energy and Evolving Skies Stormy Mountain to build up your main attackers damage output by benching additional Lightning type Basic

Bolt Rondo is a deck concieved around the idea of building a solid list that has a lot of synergy and acts like Suicune V but with a touch of different flavour to it. First to it the advantage of hitting most of Water type Pokemon for weakness is a really good thing. Second thing that I find here very important is utilization of Evolving Skies Flaaffy to accelerate energy and Evolving Skies Stormy Mountain to build up your main attackers damage output by benching additional Lightning type Basic Pokemon. The main attacker here is Brilliant Stars Raikou V with it's attack Lightning Rondo, which similar to the attack of Suicune V and Entei V does 20 damage + 20 damage for each benched Pokemon both yours and your opponent's. Coupled with Brilliant Stars Choice Belt possible damage output is a hefty 230 points. Also to mention its Ability Fleet Footed grants you a card to pick up from top of your deck as long as Raikou V is  your Active Pokemon which adds a notch to the consistency of this list. Other notable Basic Pokemon here are Boltund V and Raichu V , both serving as either backup attackers or energy accelerators. Boltund V and its attack Electrify can give you a nice head start with 3 energy already in play , so there is also an option of using Bolt Storm for rush or surprise attacks. Raichu V works in similar manner , altough its attack Fast Charge attaches energy to itself rather than anyone else on the board. Fast Charge can be a good start to a match if you go first since by the time you get to your turn two you can go for the similar rush or surprise tactic with your Dynamic Spark attack, altough the energy gets discarded unlike with Boltund V. In addition to this Raichu V can pump up discard pile with Basic Energy cards for Evolving Skies Flaaffy to distribute the needed energy to other attackers. Celebrations set Mew is added to the list for it's Ability Mysterious Tail to be a card to play for finding items , and or for buying time, sacrificing in the prize race as a filler for Quick Ball, Ultra Ball use aswell. Pokemon Tool cards that are included here are Air Balloon , two times Choice Belt and Cape Of Toughness. Combined with Speed Energy it can help you to get more solid for either offense or defense depending on the situation. The key strategy here is surprise factor and rushing the opponent. Going first might be advantageous to evolve Mareep soon and have an energy already in play when it comes to attack on your next turn since all of the attackers have a cheap two Basic Energy cost attacks.
