Deck Primer

Try to spam Bolt storm with backup Raikou and Raichu just in case. Lumineon is the main part that I don't know if I like as of right now. But with most starting sample hands it seemed like the one of include was great for turn ones as this deck empties the hand really really fast. I would say that's good but once it's on the bench it kind of is useless and I'd love it gone. I know that's how most feel but bench space is important in this deck more than some others.
