I challenged myself to make decks out of the Stage 1 Eeveelution promos we got during the Sword & Shield block, without using any of the multi-prize Pokemon avalable in expanded.

All I can say here is that this is a budget alternative to the Leafeon Vmax deck, that sill needs some work.

Would probably want to run an N, its generally better than Marnie for weaker and slower single prize decks like this.

Also some VS Seekers to recycle Teammates would be dope.
