I like the idea I am just not a huge fan of the toedscruel it blocks a couple effects yes, but most of the time when things are energy related or recovery things shuffle into deck which this does not block or instantly attach to the pokemon like Professor Sada's Vitality (Paradox Rift) or Dark Patch (Astral Radiance) or Gardevoir ex (Paldean Fates) . I tried to use it before, but it always felt underwhelming because so many cards are fine with these restrictions. Sure Lana's Aid (Twilight Masquerade) Energy Retrieval (Sun & Moon) get blocked so you are good to beat a festival deck or annoy a Chien-Pao ex (Paldea Evolved) deck which will probably just knockout your pokemon which block their Superior Energy Retrieval (Plasma Freeze)
I like the morpeko for energy acceleration and recovery, manaphy is a bit meh because so many things just ignore it like dragapult ex , lost box sableye etc.
I feel like this deck certainly has potential and i also don't know what would be much better than Toedscruel (Paradox Rift) to mess with the opponent looking at all pokemon abilities that would mess with the opponent he really does the most by just being there considering you want to focus your attacks with the bouffalant the only card that disrupts the enemy more but would need to be in the active spot and attack in my opinion is Banette ex (Scarlet & Violet) But considering it would not fit this deck I think its fine the way it is after all.
If you would go for Teal Mask Ogerpon ex (Twilight Masquerade) as draw and energy acceleration with Poppy (Obsidian Flames) to accelerate your bouffalant this might be more consistent and you could potentially run more grass support as well including Rabsca (Temporal Forces) which actually blocks things apart from abilities, but that would def. shift this deck around also not sure if you wanted to keep it single prize or not.
