Yay, I only need to talk about deck improvements versus complain about why the strategy itself doesn't work! Anyways, the deck is quite stadium-heavy. I honestly don't think Beach is necessary here for the fact that Serena itself draws you some extra cards, and if you're really desperate for the effect, you can use OBF Cleffa. Sky Field also isn't really needed, because you have to remember that your opponent can also take advangate of it. They also both have anti-synergy with Chaotic Swell.
This deck also needs more damage output. 240 damage per hit is nice, but without any other tricks outside of it being a single prizer you'll find yourself lacking in some situations. You actually have a solution sitting right in front of you, because most Shady Dealings decks run Quick Shooting Inteleon for some extra damage pings once you don't need the trainer search anymore. On the topic of single-prize Pokemon, this is when you want OriFez in your deck due to them providing a ton of extra draw support with how often your guys will be getting KO'd.
And lastly, the consistency needs some extra work because you currently have 4 energy cards in your deck and no way to search for them. You can give Wally and Acro Bike the boot because your deck doesn't aim to play fast, and you can use the extra space for stuff like Twin Energy and Guzma & Hala. A Pokemon Ranger wouldn't hurt either, because it can get you out of a jam, and prevents ADP decks from walking over you, as Altered Creation destroys single-prize decks.
