I think you have too much Pokémon. I suggest:
Pokémon: 15-25
Trainers: 35-28
Energy: 5-13
(Exceptions for certain decks)
Also play cards like Lillie's Determination (Mega Evolution) , Battle Cage (Me2 Set) , Fezandipiti ex (Shrouded Fable) , and Munkidori (Prismatic Evolutions) , instead of cards like Nemona.
(This a suggestion for a whole other deck, not this one, sorry about that.)
No problem! So they whole thing of this deck is that (they are cool pokemon) they use moves that substitute for items like energy retrieval and stuff, i don't know if that changes how the deck should be built, but that is what it is intended for.
