This deck is nuts.

How To Play the Deck:

Lucario has an attack that deals a base damage of 10+ and the description states: "Discard all [F] Energy from this Pokemon. This attack does 60 more damage for each card discarded in this way."

This means that you can deal a minimum of 130 damage with this move but have to discard all energy. Normally, this is a garbage attack, but Lucario's ability nullifies that. Lucario has an ability called Roaring Resolve and it states: "Once during your turn, you may

Lucario has an ability called Roaring Resolve and it states: "Once during your turn, you may put 2 damage counters on this Pokemon. If you do, search your deck for a [F] Energy and attach it to this Pokemon. Then, shuffle your deck."

This means that you can attach energy from your hand, use this ability to accelerate energy, and then attack with Lucario in one turn. That turns Lucario from a filler card into a decent one. But then if you read closely, it makes him into a massive threat. If we look closely, the ability states "put 2 damage counters on this Pokemon" It also does not state you can only use 1 Roaring Resolve ability per turn. Meaning, if we have multiple Lucario in play, WE CAN ACCELERATE ENERGY TO ALL OF THEM.

Now, this is where the REAL fun begins ladies and gentlemen. Since Lucario is a weak Single-prize pokemon, it's basically guaranteed that after you attack, your opponent will knock him out right after. However, we can greatly use this to our advantage. The decklist I made is running Raihan. With Raihan, if one of our pokemon was knocked out, we can attach a basic energy card from our discard pile to one of our pokemon, and then search for any card in our deck. This is huge. This means we can accelerate another energy to our Lucario which means 60 more damage. That's not all, we forgot we can use multiple abilities. Do you see where I'm going with this?

Basically, you do the following:

1. Attach energy from your hand to Lucario A.

2. Use Lucario A's ability to accelerate energy.

3. Use Raihan to attach an energy to Lucario A and then search for an Energy Switch.

4. Use Lucario B's ability to accelerate energy.

5. Use Energy Switch to move the energy from Lucario B to Lucario A.

6. Annihilate.

This means that you can do a whopping 250 damage in one turn. (The maximum amount of damage in one turn I've done with this deck is 400 without hitting for weakness) That's more than enough to one-shot any V Pokemon; if you have a choice belt, you can one-shot a V-Star or a V with Cape of Toughness. Not only that, if the defending pokemon was a VMAX, guess what? You can finish it off next turn. Or if you're opponent has been massively bricking, you can charge up your Lucario and just straight up One-Shot it.

One of the flaws of this method is that you will be discarding A LOT of stuff. You essentially lose Lucarios and energy every single turn. However, we can mitigate this by running Ordinary Rod, Pal Pad, Raihan, and Klara, we can make sure we don't lose valuable Lucarios, Riolus, and energy, and can find them again.

LieBarel Engine + Lumineon:

Normally, I would have run Make Do Cinccino as the engine, but I decided not to for a few reasons. Cinccino is technically superior to Liepard since it has 90 HP and can be found using Level ball. However, this deck cant run level ball, or at the very least is hindered by it. Remember that this deck also uses Bibarel which lets you draw cards until you have 5 cards in your hand. If we run Ultra ball and Quick ball instead of Level ball, we can make our hand smaller and be able to draw more cards. After you use Bibarel's ability, you then use Liepard's to draw a few more. While yes, you could argue that Bidoof and Riolu can be searched with Level Ball, there is a card that can't, Lumineon. Lumineon is a much bigger player in this deck than it first looks like simply because of Gloria. If you go second and have a quick ball, you can search for Lumineon, search for Gloria, and boom, you have your bench full. Filling your bench as quickly as possible is very important when playing this deck. If you can fill your bench quickly, you can then have Riolus to threaten and start accelerating energy with as well as Bidoof and Purrloin to start your engine on the next turn.

I want to use this deck so badly, but I'm hesitant because it uses only single prizers to attack and if your opponent can counter that with bench snipe then you're done for. What if you add a Garchomp ex for the first attack in order to get the energy back as well as deal big damage numbers?
