New idea here, would love feedback.

Goal is to push opponent's active Pokemon retreat cost higher, and use Stoutland (Obsidian Flames) low-cost attack "Chomp Chomp Panic". This attack does 50 damage as base, +50 more for each retreat cost of opponent active Pokemon.

This attack can easily and quickly scale to 250+ damage for one colorless energy, with help from the bench and a stadium. Spidops ex (Scarlet & Violet) raising the retreat cost by 1 (for EACH Spidops on the bench). Calamitous Wasteland

Calamitous Wasteland (Paldea Evolved) adding one retreat cost to all non-fighting type.

Use Pidgeot ex (Obsidian Flames) to find anything you need.

The Strategy:

Ideal Active:
-- Soutland (to use the chompers)

Ideal Bench:
-- Pidgeot ex (to find any card you need)
-- Spidops ex (to add one retreat cost)
-- Spidops ex (to add one retreat cost)
-- Spidops ex (to add one retreat cost)
-- Stoutland (as a backup in case of knockout)

Ideal Stadium
-- Calamatous Wasteland (to add one retreat cost)

This active + bench + a Calamitous Wasteland in play will have a minimum of 4 additional retreat cost for your opponent. This brings your active Soutland attack to 250 damage minimum.

(Alternatively, if your Stoutland's are getting beat down, Spidops ex attack power also comes from high retreat cost of opponent's active Pokemon.)

Use Battle VIP Pass (Fusion Strike) for quick early set up. If not able to draw that, use sv4-016 attack "Call for Family" to add 2 Basic Pokemon to bench. Use Nest Ball (Scarlet & Violet) to find the Basic Pokemon you need to set this up. Using Jacq (Scarlet & Violet) and/or Capturing Aroma (Silver Tempest) to find evolution Pokemon (or additional Basic Pokemon if you flip Tails using Capturing Aroma). Consider using Peonia (Chilling Reign) if you find that your Pidgeot ex (Obsidian Flames) are likely prized.

To find Rare Candy (Scarlet & Violet)PokéStop (Pokémon GO) could be use and also use Arven (Scarlet & Violet) to find them. Lucky Energy (Chilling Reign) to draw extra cards on damage.

Avery (Chilling Reign) for disruption and drawing cards. Katy (Scarlet & Violet) if disaster strikes and you have no energies or anything playable.
