I forgot to mention, you need Radiant Greninja. It adds a level of consistency with its draw ability that you were previously lacking. As much as I hate to say it, this deck would be more powerful and streamlined without the Floatzel line the deck was named for. If your focus is on Veluza, I'd drop 2 Chien-Pao, otherwise I'd drop 1. You can also get away with 3 Frigibax and 2 Baxcalibur. Level Ball should be replaced with Nest Ball or Battle VIP Pass (I'd suggest 4 Battle VIP Pass and 1 Nest Ball). 4 Ultra Ball is also a lot when running Irida. 2 is plenty. You could add a Lumineon V for when you are down in the dumps with just and ultra ball and need an Irida or a Hail Mary Iono. I'm not a huge fan of Lake Acuity, but it helps prevent the opponent from reaching an OHKO on Chien-Pao. Other options include Mesagoza and Skater's Park. With all of your extra space, try to add an Earthen Vessel or 2. You could also add an ability based draw engine with Bibarel. You should also add some switching cards like Switch and Escape Rope, and also some Boss's Orders. This deck is a huge improvement over your previous iteration, and I can't wait to see your next version!

I like the idea of this deck it looks really creative but there's a few things that might make it easier to get what you need, and things that might make it preform better.

1. I would remove one Frigibax for another Floatzel.

2. Maybe add 2-3 Switch?

3. You could add one or two copies of Lady to get lots of energy.

4. Maybe add super rod?

5. I like the idea of Veluza as a backup for when Floatzel dies, but 4 of.them feels like too much.

I hope I helped, the idea of this deck is super creative, I love it!
