No electric energy!!!??? How rayquaza can attack?
If you're running a 4-4 of rayquaza, it may be better to run radiant greninja for extra card discard using concealed cards (discarding your energy) to allow volcarona to attack. i would also try to fit in a liepard or kirlia line for extra preciou discard, as you can do something like:
discard card from hand, 9 card hand, 1 discard
discard hand using rayquaza vmax 3 card hand, 10 discard
use professors, 7 card hand, 17 discard
use concealed cards, 8 card hand, 18 discard
use another rayquaza vmax, 3 card hand, 26 discard
seems like a fun deck, though it seems very iffy to use rayquaza vmax as a draw engine.
