at most play 2 copies of misty and lorelei. its a supporter so obviously that makes it much less efficient compared to earthen vessel which can easily get water energy in the discard (which wont be hard to find when you play 10) and also search for only 1 less energy of any type. its not like youre playing a water gx so its not really needed for anything
Profesors letter over misty and loreiel, sky field over area zero underdepths, guzma over boss and computer search over master ball
Too many energys not enough trainers, could use a draw engine such as deddenne gx or crobat v or bibarel.
Trainers mail and VS seeker are a staple in every expanded deck so I recommend adding 2 to 4 of each, you also need pokemon search so I recommend 4 ultra ball and 4 quick ball. Another staple this deck needs is switch so I recommend adding 2 switch. Hop is really bad and since you already have alot of Cynthia I recommend adding search cards (arven, guzma and halla) could also use rescue stretcher to get back or shuffle any pokemon in your discard pile.
That's all I could think of and hope I helped :)
