I'd replace Pheobe's Stadium with Altar of the Moone (Guardians Rising) , as it does pretty much the same thing, and it makes your deck expanded instead of unlimited. I'd also use the regular Devolution Spray (Dragons Exalted) instead of Z, as you get it in your hand instead of shuffling it back into the deck. You also don't have a way to put Draacovish into play. Good concept, just needs tweaking.
This deck is really evil.
But you could use 2 of Lumineon to find Supporters like one of 2 copies of Seeker (Seeker gusts a enemy back into the hand)
Miraculous Headset can get him back. 2 Arven's can get items faster.
You only need to remove 5 psychic energies. Add that and you can defeat the enemy by just removing pokemon from his bench.
