The ACE SPEC you're looking for is Brilliant Blender, but it probably won't be needed here with the amount of discarding you're already doing. Something like Computer Search, Secret Box, or Dowsing machine would probably work better here to help you set up the REST of your pins first. Another fun tech you can add here is TM Crisis Punch, as its ability works for the TM attack costs. That way it just gives you an extra option in the late game when 120-150 damage might not cut it.
