Running miltank requires energy. This deck plays zero energy. As awesome as Miltank is, I don't think its worth running it with any amount of energy. I do think this deck could play Roxanne (Astral Radiance) though. I think Circhester Bath (Vivid Voltage) is not worth running as it benefits your opponent too and you cannot have that in play if you want to get a OHKO against Crobat V (Darkness Ablaze) with Castform Sunny Form (Chilling Reign) with a Choice Belt (Brilliant Stars) attached. Since you do run PokéStop (Pokémon GO) I think running 3-4 Pokémon Catcher (Sword & Shield) is worth considering.
Great insight drhigsby! I agree with you, I'll edit to remove 2 Chirchester Bath and add 1 Roxanne and 1 Old Cemetary. I'm still contemplating the Pokémon Catchers.
What are your thoughts on adding Telescopic Sight (Vivid Voltage) and more Castform Rainy Form (Chilling Reign) ?

I've been toying around with my own Castform deck and did consider Sight with Rainy Form! Heres a link to my decklist with a few paragraphs of thoughts written out :)
Ultimately, Rainy form with Sight equipped usually does not score any KOs and does not survive for more than a single round, so I have it listed as a potential. Further, Sight is useless against Regi and Solrock/Lunatone (but, to be fair, this deck is not hyper competitive to begin with!).

I'm still playtesting out and its going alright. It can be difficult to get the correct number of stadiums in the discard quick enough. I'm heavily considering running multiple copies of Roxanne (Astral Radiance) to slow the opponent down even further. But finding room is tough!
