Castform Weatherbending

Considerations:

Telescopic Sight (Vivid Voltage) (To be paired with Castform Rainy Form (Chilling Reign).)

Zinnia's Resolve (Evolving Skies) (As a potential replacement for either Kamado (Astral Radiance) or Milo (Rebel Clash). While Zinnia COULD draw up to 6, Both Kamado and Milo are a guaranteed draw 4. I

Considerations:

Telescopic Sight (Vivid Voltage) (To be paired with Castform Rainy Form (Chilling Reign).)

Zinnia's Resolve (Evolving Skies) (As a potential replacement for either Kamado (Astral Radiance) or Milo (Rebel Clash). While Zinnia COULD draw up to 6, Both Kamado and Milo are a guaranteed draw 4. I chose these two over Zinnia for consistency.)

Allister (Vivid Voltage) (As a potential replacement as mentioned above ^^^. Allister allows for more discards, but draws less.)
 
Quick Ball (Fusion Strike) (Instead of Feather Ball (Astral Radiance) or Level Ball (Battle Styles).)

Hisuian Heavy Ball (Astral Radiance) (Maybe 1x or 2x copies, but Rescue Carrier (Evolving Skies) is likely superior).

Radiant Charizard (Pokémon GO) + 1x Fire Energy (Diamond & Pearl) + 1x Klara (Chilling Reign) (Potential late game strategy to snag the last couple of prizes.)

Roseanne's Backup (Brilliant Stars) (Since Castform Sunny Form (Chilling Reign) requires a stadium discard to attack, Roseanne's backup could be a clutch 1x in this deck.)

Peony (Chilling Reign) + Rose Tower (Darkness Ablaze) + Radiant Venusaur (Pokémon GO) (This engine may potentially allow a larger dump of stadiums into the discard pile quickly. Beware that Path to the Peak (Chilling Reign) would disable Radiant Venusaur.)

Roxanne (Astral Radiance) (A 1x copy of this card could come in clutch late game. Worth considering.)

Tool Scrapper (Rebel Clash) (A 1x copy as a tech choice against Big Charm (Sword & Shield) and/or Cape of Toughness (Darkness Ablaze).)

Boss's Orders (Rebel Clash) (I went back and forth on including this and ultimately landed on 4 copies of Pokémon Catcher (Sword & Shield) instead of any Boss. This deck wants to be discarding as many stadiums as possible as early as possible and drawing a copy of Boss early will always feel bad.)

The Battle VIP Pass (Fusion Strike) and Cram-o-matic (Fusion Strike) engine might be an interesting inclusion in this deck. Or simply running Cram-o-matic (Fusion Strike) to discard stadiums in hand to fetch anything you want.

Other Thoughts:

I think this deck always runs 1x copy of Grant (Astral Radiance) as its basically a free discard two stadium cards from your hand. It serves a similar function that a Galarian Meowth (Rebel Clash) would, but without running any actual pokemon.
