Deck Primer

A deck I whipped together. It started as a Meowscarada deck to counter Charizard ex and Roaring Moon, then evolved into an inclusion of Tsareena ex.
This deck is almost fully rotation proof. (Replace Battle VIP with Buddy Poffin (probably only 3 instead of 4 and use the final slot to include an ace spec) Klara with a second rod and ropes with switches or a better option, should one appear in the new set)
