This deck fully moves around Celebi, so it is parramount to get it onto the feild quickly and make sure it can't die.

Using the de-evolve and evolve affects of each monster you can then use the para feature to make sure the opponent can't do anything. 

Also making sure they can only draw bad cards with shovel and insuring that they deck out.

This is to be the anti fun Celebi deck bucase once it gets even half way setup the opponent shouldn't be able to do anything.
