I have a soft spot for mill decks and this one looks like it has potential, but is the Blastoise really necessary? I see you could use the ability and have diancie in the active but why not take the blastoise out and have 4 centiskorch? Also replace the lucky eggs with the shovel tool card for maximum milling. Could bibarel help if you took out lucky egg?
