Strategy:

You first want to try and find and use buddy buddy through draw or arven. Grab evolution tool and 2 ralts or 1 ralts 1 gimmighoul depending on your start. evolve into Kirlia and gholdengo. Try to also grab radiant greninja next.

Use Kirlia and radiant greninja to discard energy and draw cards and use gholdengo as a stand in for ceruledge, to discard energy and draw. 

Meanwhile you try to set up 1 or 2 ceruledge on the bench.

Goal is to have enough energy discarded to deal good damage
