Fan Rotom does literally nothing, and Secret Box is a better Ace Spec for this deck. I would cut 2 Carmine for 2 Professor's Research, since it's very niche. I'd also try to squeeze in another copy or 2 of Night Stretcher. Jet Energy feels redundant, as you want to be attaching fire for turn to Ceruledge, rather than Jet for a switch. I'd also add another Vessel to turbo the energy into the discard pile. You should also consider adding a Buddy-Buddy Poffin or 2 as well to search out your Charcadets.
