The deck is designed to counter popular meta decks, particularly Charizard, by targeting their basic Pokémon early on. Using Greninja powered by Palkia, you can take out baby cards as early as turn two. From there, the strategy focuses on discarding energy cards and dealing massive damage with Ceruledge.

I decided to use only 3 Charcadet instead of 4, as you don’t typically need 4 Ceruledge in the deck. Plus, you can recover discarded Charcadet with the Night Stretcher or grab a prized one using Heavy Ball.
