Congrats on getting Deck of the Day. I love Gholdengo myself so here are a few suggestions to make this deck a little better.
1. If you can, add a 2-2 line of scizor from OBF. It's a good backup attacker if your gholdengo's are prized and uses minimal energies to do big damage most of the time.
2. Replace the letter of encouagement for a 4th copy of superior energy retrieval. After discarding energies you need to get them back as soon and as many back as you can. A 4th copy helps with this.
3. I see some lists (including myself) run a package of 3-4 Arven and 1-2 Techincal Machine evolution to get 2 gholdengo's out at the end of your first turn. If you go second and open Arven, play it and get TM evolution and battle VIP pass. Then play vip pass to get 2 Gimmighoul and attach TM evoultion to your active. Finally, attack with your active, attack with your new move evolution, selecting the 2 Gimmighoul's and get 2 Gholdengo's to your bench. This has saved me in so many games with the Gholdengo's set up to attack and the additional draw power early is great.
4. Add Earthen Vessel. The ability to get 2 energies with one card whenever for minimal cost is amazing.
I would cut bibarel because your Gholdengo s are their own draw engine
Looks fun! I'll have to try it out. I'm putting together a list that uses a Kirlia/Miriam draw engine with lots of energy retrieval as well. I'll have to try this and see. Congrats on DOTD!
I'd replace one Pokestop with Collapsed to remove the Sqwuak/Lumineon/Arceus, and with how prominent Pokestop is in the meta rn it's often up before I get a chance to play it myself
Thank you for the feedback!
The_Kazimachine - I'm not using Collapsed Stadium due to Avery (Chilling Reign) being pretty common in PTCGL.
Marco_Ne - I am running Bibarel to get energy very fast. Sometimes if things work out I can get almost 7 energy 2nd turn.
NoGoodNames - Thanks!
Blader10 - I'm not going to add Scizor because I don't have that much deck space, and if I would have a choice of replacing Bibarel I wouldn't because I really like this deck's consistency. You can get the right cards when you need them.
I like Letter of Encouragement but I meant to have a 4th copy of superior energy retreival already there; I only put energy retreival in there because I couldn't afford another Superior energy retreival... I'll go ahead and change that now.
I feel like I dont need TM evolution because it will take up a lot of space and I can get the evolution cards pretty quickly.
Earthen Vessel is a good idea - but what do I take out?
While not common, I'd add a copy of Canceling Cologne (Astral Radiance) in order to check Toedscruel (Paradox Rift). While it doesn't show up very often, it's good to be prepared as it turns off your entire strategy if you're not careful.
Id' also use Earthen Vessel (Paradox Rift) to get your energis out in the early game, because Lady can be difficult to use in tight spots, as you may want to use a different supporter in that turn.
This next part is just personal preference, but I think you could replace the arceus line with Rotom V + FSS. IMO I like having Rotom to draw some more on the first few turns. The FSS also acts like a baby Starbirth that can be activated turn 1. If you don't like having a tool, you could justify running arven if you wanted to do rigid band, but that would just make the list clunkier.
Now, when preparing for more matchups, I'd have 1 basic water energy, as it doesn't affect Gholdengo's attack, and it gives Lumineon and Manaphy an escape route if trapped in Snorlax Stall. I'd replace Brassius with something like Judge, as Brassius seems to have anti-synergy with the deck. If the goal is to empty your hand, Brassius won't end up drawing many cards for you, and if you recove the energies first, then there goes your energy! You'll have to put even more time into finding them again. Lastly, you should replace Bibarel with Scizor like the other have said, as you currently have no answer to Mimikyu and Aegislash, as Bibarel is unreliable with its attack, and really you should never be using it.
Anyways, hopefully this helps! And good luck in regionals!
Since you're planning going to a regional with this deck, I'm going to start by saying this: make sure that whatever list you decide to play is one that you enjoy. Even if you are running an off-meta build or deck, you will still perform much better if it's a list that you enjoy and that you're comfortable with than if its a meta deck that you don't exactly care for. Plus, its more fun that way. If that means that you're going to turn down some suggestions, then that's perfectly fine. 👍
With that out of the way, I've noticed that a lot of Gholdengo decks run a 4-4 line for Gholdengo to maximize draw power and to guarantee that you attack. This might make you rely less on Bibarel for draw power, but again, that's all up to you. Scizor (Obsidian Flames) is also useful since its a single prize attacker that can help you take the advantage against decks with high damage output like Chien-Pao and Roaring Moon. Or, if you don't want to run Scizor, I've also seen some lists running Hisuian Basculegion (Lost Origin) to take KOs and recycle energy. That might force you to rely on cards like Lady and Letter of Encouragement rather than your Energy Retrievals, though, so keep that in mind.
For support pokemon, Radiant Greninja gives you really good draw power on a basic pokemon, so I'd recommend that if you have an available copy. Lumineon and Squawkabilly are cards that I haven't seen in a lot of lists, but I can see how they would be fun and useful to play. I'm not entirely sure how useful Arceus is, since you need to evolve it only to use its ability once. However, since you've probably tested this a lot, then it probably works well for you, so I'll let you make that call.
The last thing I'll comment on is the supporters. Four copies of Lady feels like a lot since there's not a lot of energy in your deck after you play it once or twice. Maybe drop that to 1-2 copies? For Brassius, it seems like a fun card, but in terms of raw draw power it is kind of overshadowed by cards like Professor's Research and Worker. Other than that, your supporter choices are solid. Maybe add Klara as another way to get energy and pokemon back into play but that's up to you.
Hopefully this helps! This was the best I could come up with after looking at Gholdie decks on Limitless for around 20 minutes so I'm not sure how good this is lol. And good luck / have fun at regionals!
I don't really like the arceus line because it's a free 2 prizes
also maybe cut brassius for more energy and a normal
energy retrieval
there's been a 14 energy gholdengo deck running around at my locals and it's won 12 games and lost 2
Maybe cu the bibarel line for the Kirlia line because bibarel draws to 5 but kirlia discards 1 and draws 2 because with this deck you'll be going to high amounts of cards
Thank you guys for the feedback! I've been trying some new lists recently, I'll share them in the comments just randomly for awhile. I have 3 different variants and trying to see which I like best.
Okay, made a few more ideas here, which one is the best? (In your opinion)

There are all 3 variants. The card numbers might be a little weird but I built those in PTCGL so some rarer arts of cards were included. Which one do you think will be best?
