Evn , I did it you can see it now and tell me what can I improve
by the way the lapras and snorlax can tank hit while you can try and get giratina and the cards you want
definitely a better list but if you want cards to tank hits Mimikyu (Scarlet & Violet Promos) and Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex (Twilight Masquerade) seems better. Switch ace spec to prime catcher. Replace super pot with Max Potion (BREAKpoint)
Double Dragon Energy (Roaring Skies) was what I was talking about when I said dragon energy. Switch Cart (Astral Radiance) or normal switch is definitely needed. What is your main attacker here? Add nest or quick ball (preferably quick ball but your choice). Also rapid strike scroll doesn't work because it can only attach to rapid strike pokemon.
Also maybe a professor's research, professor's letter and vs seeker could all be good here along with another giratina ex
Overall you definitely have the right idea but I'd look up deck lists to get good ideas and start testing to find your own style.
