I would focus specifically on one attacker, probably Banette. Xatu isn't greatly needed, but a 1-1 line is worth keeping. Less Fire energy is needed, as Chandelure is a supporting Pokémon rather than an attacker, but can help when you don't want to bank on Poltergeist. Switch Cart is also garbage in this deck because it only works for Basics. I would also recommend Lost Origin Gastly for the free retreat.
Don't know if I can reply so I'll just type it here and hope you see. First of all, let me say all of these points brought up make perfect sense, I thank you especially for bringing the switch cart problem up, I didn't even realise it had a basic pokemon only requirement!
